What Information Does Jingling Collect?
Broadly, we collect information about who and how people are using our Service, including our account holders.
Personal Information. When you interact with us, we may ask you to supply us with Personal Information. For example, when you create an account with us, request a merchant to make an offer, make an offer to a shopper, subscribe to newsletters or promotional materials, or otherwise use our Service, we may ask you to provide information such as your e-mail address, mailing address, username and password. "Personal Information" means information that can be used to uniquely identify you, such as your name and e-mail address, home address, birth date or age and phone number.
We also collect Personal Information when you create an account with us (or choose to refresh your account data) by logging into an account that you already have with a third party social networking platform (“SNP”), such as Facebook, via our Service. The information we receive from a SNP may depend on the privacy settings you have with the SNP, so please check the SNP’s privacy and data practices.
Personal information can also include Location Information and Financial Information.
Location Information. In some cases we collect and store information about where you are located, such as by converting your IP address into a rough location. We may also ask you to provide information about where you are located. We may use location information to improve and personalize the Service for you, such as by providing you with the names of Merchants that are in your geographical area when you are searching for a particular good or service.
It is your choice whether or not to provide Personal Information to Jingling. If you choose not to provide requested Personal Information, you may not be able to participate in certain activities on the Site or use certain features of the Service, and we may not be able to provide you with the latest, most personalized Service experience.
Non-identifying Information. We may collect, use, transfer, and disclose information in a form that does not personally identify you (“Non-Identifying Information”) for any purpose. Non-Identifying Information can include certain Personal Information that has been changed by us so that it can no longer be used to uniquely identify you as a person; this is information that has been rendered anonymous. There are three main types of Non-Identifying Information that we collect from you and may use: Technical Information, Behavior Tracking Information, and Diagnostic Information.
Technical Information. When you access our Service, we may use a variety of technologies to periodically or automatically record certain usage information. This information may include your Internet Protocol address (and other unique identifiers for the particular device you use to access the Internet), browser type, your web or application request, your interaction with our Service, the webpage or other feature you were using before you came to our Service, pages of our Site that you visit, information you search for via our Service, access times and dates, and other similar information. We use this information (“Technical Information”) for a variety of purposes, including facilitating the provision of software updates, product support and enhancements and other services to you (if any) related to the Service and the Site
Your web browser may allow you to turn off or disable the cookie feature by selecting a “no cookie” (or similar) setting. Please be aware that if you do not accept cookies from us, you may not be able to use all portions of our Service (such as logging into your Account) or all functionality of our Service.
Diagnostic Information. We may use your Internet Protocol (IP) address to help diagnose problems with our computer server, and to administer our web site(s). We may send you strictly service-related announcements on occasions when it is necessary to do so. For example, if our Service is temporarily suspended for maintenance, we may send you an email. Generally, you may not opt-out of these communications, which are not promotional in nature. If you do not wish to receive them, you have the option to close your account.
Children Should Not Use Our Site and Service
Our Site and Service are not intended for use by children. We do not knowingly collect or solicit information from children under the age of 13, or knowingly allow such persons to create an Account or otherwise register for the Service. Only persons 18 years or older are authorized to create an Account on jinglingapp.com and its mobile apps. We encourage parents and guardians to take an active role in their children’s online activities and interests.

- For our internal purposes (such as auditing, data analysis, and research to improve our products, services, and communications)
Non-Identifying Information that Jingling collects or creates may be used by Jingling or provided to third parties for marketing, advertising, ratings, analytics and other uses. Jingling may use, sell or share the information it collects, as long as it is in a form that does not personally identify you, to improve, market or promote Jingling’s products and services (including the Service), to help personalize our Service for you, to develop new products and services, to provide users with targeted advertising or for any other lawful business purpose.
We may also use information that we collect from you via your use of and interaction with the Service in order to aggregate and analyze data and generate statistics ("Data"). The Data will be owned by Jingling and may be used in Jingling’s discretion without a duty of accounting to you, provided that the Data has been anonymized so that it does not allow you to be personally identified.
Under What Circumstances Will We Share Your Personal Information?
We may engage third party companies and individuals (“service providers”) to perform services on our behalf (e.g., customer service and support, software maintenance and updates, subscription payment and account services, e-mail notifications, database management, web analytics). These service providers may have access to your Personal Information in order to perform such tasks on our behalf. They are not authorized by us to otherwise use or disclose your Personal Information, except to the extent required by law.
Jingling believes in cooperating with government and law enforcement officials and private parties to enforce and comply with the laws and regulations of the United States and its fifty states. We may choose to disclose Personal Information as necessary or appropriate to: (1) respond to claims and legal process (such as subpoenas and court orders); (2) protect and defend the rights and property of Jingling or its contractors; (3) protect the personal safety of the public or any person; or (4) prevent or stop activity we may consider to be, or to pose a risk of being, illegal, unethical or legally actionable.
If, for strategic or business reasons, Jingling should ever merge with another organization, reorganize, acquire another entity, file for bankruptcy, or sell all or part of our assets or capital stock, we may transfer to or share your Personal Information with a third party or its agents as part of such transaction. It is Jingling’s intention to seek appropriate protection for your Personal Information in these circumstances.
How Secure is the Information You Provide Us?
We maintain safeguards designed to protect your Personal information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction. Despite the actions and precautions we take, information transmitted over the Internet is never completely safe, and security of user information may be compromised at any time as the result of hardware or software failure, unauthorized entry or use, or other factors beyond our control. Consequently, we cannot ensure or warrant the security of the information you provide to us on our Site or through our mobile applications. We are not responsible for the theft, destruction or inadvertent disclosure of your Personal Information and you acknowledge and agree that you transmit it to us at your own risk.
Remember that your Personal Information can be accessed in your Account and it is protected by your password. Please prevent unauthorized access to your Account and Personal Information by creating and securing a unique password, limiting access to your computer and browser, and signing off your Account after you have finished accessing it.
