Privacy Policy

(Last Updated January 20, 2017)
  • Jingling respects your privacy. We have provided this Privacy Policy to let you know what information we collect, how we use that information and why we collect it. Our online site and mobile app (our “Service”) are designed to allow shoppers to find the goods and services they need where they need them and at the prices they prefer. Merchants who use our Service can gain new and loyal customers, generate interest in themselves and their products and increase sales by responding to requests from shoppers at favorable prices. Shoppers and merchants are encouraged to provide public feedback on their interactions to benefit other users. This Privacy Policy applies to your use of our Service. Our Terms of Use control your access and use of our Service.

Your Consent to This Privacy Policy

By creating an account with us and using the Service, you agree to this Privacy Policy and you consent to the collection, transfer, manipulation, storage, disclosure and other uses of your information as described in this Privacy Policy. Please read it carefully. This is our entire and exclusive Privacy Policy and it supersedes any earlier version.

We may change this Privacy Policy by posting a new version of this Privacy Policy on the Site or through the Service, and it is your responsibility to review this policy periodically. When we do change the policy, we will also revise the "last updated" date of the Privacy Policy and we may notify you or post a message on the Site or through the Service in advance of the modifications. Your continued use of the Service following a change in the Privacy Policy constitutes your agreement to its terms.

    What Information Does Jingling Collect?

Broadly, we collect information about who and how people are using our Service, including our account holders.

Personal Information. When you interact with us, we may ask you to supply us with Personal Information. For example, when you create an account with us, request a merchant to make an offer, make an offer to a shopper, subscribe to newsletters or promotional materials, or otherwise use our Service, we may ask you to provide information such as your e-mail address, mailing address, username and password. "Personal Information" means information that can be used to uniquely identify you, such as your name and e-mail address, home address, birth date or age and phone number.

We also collect Personal Information when you create an account with us (or choose to refresh your account data) by logging into an account that you already have with a third party social networking platform (“SNP”), such as Facebook, via our Service. The information we receive from a SNP may depend on the privacy settings you have with the SNP, so please check the SNP’s privacy and data practices.

Personal information can also include Location Information and Financial Information.

Location Information. In some cases we collect and store information about where you are located, such as by converting your IP address into a rough location. We may also ask you to provide information about where you are located. We may use location information to improve and personalize the Service for you, such as by providing you with the names of Merchants that are in your geographical area when you are searching for a particular good or service.

Financial Information. Jingling may collect Financial Information from you if you create and account as a merchant, such as information related to your payment method (valid credit card number, expiration date or other financial information). We do not store that information, but it is stored by our payment processor (“Payment Processor”). The use and storing of your Financial Information is governed by the Payment Processor’s applicable terms of use/service and their privacy policy. Please review these too.

It is your choice whether or not to provide Personal Information to Jingling. If you choose not to provide requested Personal Information, you may not be able to participate in certain activities on the Site or use certain features of the Service, and we may not be able to provide you with the latest, most personalized Service experience.

Non-identifying Information. We may collect, use, transfer, and disclose information in a form that does not personally identify you (“Non-Identifying Information”) for any purpose. Non-Identifying Information can include certain Personal Information that has been changed by us so that it can no longer be used to uniquely identify you as a person; this is information that has been rendered anonymous. There are three main types of Non-Identifying Information that we collect from you and may use: Technical Information, Behavior Tracking Information, and Diagnostic Information.

Technical Information. When you access our Service, we may use a variety of technologies to periodically or automatically record certain usage information. This information may include your Internet Protocol address (and other unique identifiers for the particular device you use to access the Internet), browser type, your web or application request, your interaction with our Service, the webpage or other feature you were using before you came to our Service, pages of our Site that you visit, information you search for via our Service, access times and dates, and other similar information. We use this information (“Technical Information”) for a variety of purposes, including facilitating the provision of software updates, product support and enhancements and other services to you (if any) related to the Service and the Site

Behavior Tracking Information. We may use the Service to collect Non-Identifying Information from your web browser or our app about your activities over time and across third-party websites or apps, applications or other online services (“Behavior Tracking Information”) using methods such as “cookies.” A cookie is a small text file that may be sent to and stored by your web browser when you visit our Site. Cookies may be used for many purposes, including enabling certain features of our Service, to better understand how you interact with our Service and to monitor aggregate usage on the Site by visitors and online traffic routing. Our cookies do not, by themselves, contain information that personally identifies you, but we use cookies to identify that you have logged in, that your web browser has accessed the Service, and we may associate that information with your Account if you have one.

Your web browser may allow you to turn off or disable the cookie feature by selecting a “no cookie” (or similar) setting. Please be aware that if you do not accept cookies from us, you may not be able to use all portions of our Service (such as logging into your Account) or all functionality of our Service.

Diagnostic Information. We may use your Internet Protocol (IP) address to help diagnose problems with our computer server, and to administer our web site(s). We may send you strictly service-related announcements on occasions when it is necessary to do so. For example, if our Service is temporarily suspended for maintenance, we may send you an email. Generally, you may not opt-out of these communications, which are not promotional in nature. If you do not wish to receive them, you have the option to close your account.

Children Should Not Use Our Site and Service

Our Site and Service are not intended for use by children. We do not knowingly collect or solicit information from children under the age of 13, or knowingly allow such persons to create an Account or otherwise register for the Service. Only persons 18 years or older are authorized to create an Account on and its mobile apps. We encourage parents and guardians to take an active role in their children’s online activities and interests.

It is Jingling’s intention to seek appropriate protection for your Personal Information in these circumstances.
